Terms & Conditions - Youth Programs
Registration & Payment
Enrollment is confirmed once registration and payment are completed. Payment plans are offered through a third-party provider and do not alter the program’s refund policy. Payment plans are managed by the provider according to their schedule.
Attendance
Programs are designed as a sequential experience, and students are encouraged to attend all sessions. Missed sessions are not refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
Refund Policy
• Full refund available up to 14 days before the program start date
• 50% refund available 8–13 days before the program start date
• No refunds within 7 days of the program start date or after the program begins
Enrollment reserves a limited seat in a small-group program. If a program is canceled by the instructor, families will receive a full refund.
Virtual Participation Expectations
To create a safe and supportive learning environment, students are expected to:
• Join from a quiet space when possible
• Participate respectfully
• Keep cameras on when able (flexibility is always honored)
• Protect the privacy of other participants
Technology Responsibility
Families are responsible for ensuring access to a stable internet connection and a device capable of participating in virtual sessions. Technical difficulties on the participant’s end do not qualify for refunds.
Emotional Safety & Group Environment
Programs are designed to support social-emotional growth in a respectful, inclusive setting. If a student’s behavior consistently disrupts the learning environment, the instructor reserves the right to discontinue participation. In such cases, refunds are not guaranteed.
Photo / Work Sharing Permission
Student artwork or anonymous quotes may be shared for educational or promotional purposes unless a parent/guardian opts out in writing.
Liability Waiver
By enrolling, parents/guardians acknowledge that activities involve discussion, reflection, and creative expression. Participation is voluntary, and families assume responsibility for their child’s involvement.
