Social-Emotional Learning

Building emotionally intelligent learning communities through heart-centered curriculum and courses.

I offer in-class & virtual SEL sessions that invite students into a deeper relationship with themselves and one another—using storytelling, expressive arts, and project-based learning. Rooted in themes like mindfulness, identity, emotional awareness, and resilience, each session provides a space for students to reflect, connect, and express in meaningful ways.

Whether journaling, engaging in movement or breath-work, creating art, or participating in circle-based discussions, students build critical life skills like self-awareness, emotional regulation, and compassion for others—all while having fun and feeling seen.

These sessions are designed to support the whole child—nurturing not only cognitive growth but also emotional intelligence, imagination, and authentic expression.

Rooted in Relationships

At the heart of my work is the belief that meaningful learning happens in the context of trusting, respectful relationships. Whether I'm working with students or educators, I prioritize creating environments where everyone feels seen, valued, and connected. I believe that when we feel safe to be ourselves, we open the door to deeper self-awareness, empathy, and authentic engagement—with one another and with the learning itself.

Culture of Collaboration

I don't walk into a space with answers—I arrive with open ears and an open heart. Together, we co-create our agreements, our culture, and our shared values. This process builds a strong foundation of mutual respect and care. In both classroom and professional development settings, I invite participants to help shape the experience so that it reflects their needs, voices, and collective wisdom.

A Space to Be & Become

Learning is not just about mastering content—it’s about unfolding into who we are. I design experiences that allow room for both stillness and expression, for reflection and creative exploration. Through storytelling, journaling, movement, and art, participants are invited to bring their full selves into the space. This is a place to wonder, to feel, to speak truth, and to grow—not just as students or professionals, but as whole people.

Step inside my approach to creating learning spaces where students feel seen, supported, and inspired.
